This recipe comes Canadian Living Magazine. I use it to marinate chicken (at lest 4 hours, but I have left it overnight). Apparently, it's a good marinade for salmon (marinate 30 minutes), but I can't vouch for that as I haven't tried it. Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped |
2 teaspoons orange rind, grated |
3 tablespoons orange juice |
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon turmeric |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
1 pinch cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Use to marinade poultry or salmon. |
