Orange-Soy Sauce Reduction |

This sauce tastes great over grilled Mako shark steaks. Ingredients:
2 oranges, juiced |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
1 teaspoon grated orange zest |
Directions:
1. Bring the orange juice, soy sauce, chicken stock, and orange zest to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the sauce has reduced to half of its original volume, about 30 minutes. |
