I love simplicity, 2 ingredients! Great recipe to serve with fish or chicken. Ingredients:
# 2/3 orange juice (fresh squeezed is the best) |
# 1/3 cup soy sauce |
# what, you want more ingredients |
optional: rice flour for thickening |
Directions:
1. Heat in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to slightly steam. Add a *touch* of sea salt. 2. Then, reduce to low heat….now, I know you want to go watch a game or maybe a soap opera, but you’ve gotta watch this for about the next 20 minutes as it thickens to about 2/3 the original amount. 3. You want it thicker, go for it and try it out. 4. You can, if you want to speed up that process, add just a *little* rice flour to thicken. 5. That’s it, my friend! 6. Goes awesome over fish, and especially over chicken. |
