Ingredients:
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup orange juice
5 ice cubes
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash salt
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30-45 seconds or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
