You can use as many chicken breasts or thighs as you need. It is an easy recipe to make and has a pretty glaze when it's done. Ingredients:
4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
brown sugar |
orange soda |
cornstarch, mixed with water |
Directions:
1. Slice halfway through each breast or thigh 3 to 5 times (season with salt and pepper if desired). 2. Rub a little brown sugar on each piece and place in a 9 x13 pan. 3. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Pour orange soda over chicken just to cover then bake an additional 30 minutes. 4. Remove chicken and thicken sauce with cornstarch and water. Serve chicken with sauce on top. |
