good for company but quick and easy for a weeknight meal. i like this with jasmine rice. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
24 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (1 1/2 lb) |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/2 cup orange juice |
2 teaspoons fresh marjoram |
2 teaspoons fresh oregano |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. heat oil in skillet. 2. add shrimp and garlic, cook, stirring, until shrimp turn pink. 3. add orange juice, bring to boil, cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens. 4. remove from heat, stir in marjoram, oregano, salt& pepper to taste, serve. |
