It is getting time for those cool summer salads againand this is a good one. Ingredients:
1 large package orange jello |
2 c. boiling water |
1 pint orange sherbet |
1-20 oz. can crushed pineapple |
6 oz. marachino cherries |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine jello and boilig water until dissolved. 2. Add sherbet and stir until melted. 3. Stir in fruit. 4. Pour into 2 quart mold. 5. Cover and chill for 4 to 6 hours or until set. |
