A nice dessert for a hot summer day. Got this off the Eagle brand site. Ingredients:
1 14oz can low fat sweetened condensed milk |
1 12 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate(thawed)pineapple can also be used |
3 cups low fat milk |
Directions:
1. Stir together milk and orange juice concentrate. 2. Gradually stir in milk. 3. Transfer to 2 quart ice cream freezer,freeze according to manufacturers instructions. Approx 30 minutes. 4. Freezer method 5. Combine ingredients as above. 6. Pour into 2 quart square baking dish. 7. Cover and freeze for 4-6 hours or until almost firm. 8. Break up mixture. 9. Beat in in chilled bowl until smooth but not melted. Return to pan . 10. Cover and freeze orvernight until firm. |
