This is so good and creamy. I love it all year long but especially during the summer when I don't want to heat the kitchen up to cook. Ingredients:
2 packages orange gelatin |
juice from mandarin oranges plus enough water to make 2 cups |
1 pint orange sherbet |
mandarin oranges |
bananas |
marshmallows |
Directions:
1. Bring gelatin and juice mixture to a boil and dissolve gelatin.
2. When cool add sherbet and remaining ingredients.
