Give yourself a real shake. Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk turns good-old-orange juice into a frothy, icy orange drink. This came from Good Housekeeping. I have not tried this, just posting for future use.
Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup carnation nonfat dry milk powder
1 -2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup ice cube
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover.
2. Blend on high speed until ice is crushed.
