Orange Sesame Kale (Eat for Health) |

This is from Dr. Fuhrman's new book, Eat for Health. Ingredients:
3/4 cup raw smooth cashew butter or 3/4 cup almond butter |
2/3 cup orange juice |
2 teaspoons sodium-free vegetable bouillon |
2 bunches kale, leaves removed from tough stems and chopped |
2 tablespoons unhulled sesame seeds, lightly toasted |
Directions:
1. With a wire whisk, combine nut butter, orange juice and bullion. 2. Steam kale for 15- 20 minutes, turning half way through. 3. Combine steamed kale with nut butter mixture and toss. 4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. 5. Enjoy! |
