Dead easy recipe for scallops that appeared in Relish Magazine an occasional insert in our local newspaper. I think I'd want to add a little hot sauce or chili flakes next time, as the hotness would counterbalance the sweetness of the marmalade nicely. Ingredients:
1 lb sea scallops |
3 tablespoons orange marmalade |
3 tablespoons green onions, chopped |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Create marinade from last 3 ingredients (with possible addition of some hot sauce or cayenne, to your taste). 2. Toss with scallops. 3. Saute until done. |
