Orange Sauced Broccoli and Peppers

From a kids cookbook, I have not tried it yet.
Ingredients:
1 medium red bell pepper
1 cup water
1 lb fresh broccoli florets
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tablespoon margarine
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
2/3 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Cut the pepper into 1 squares.
2. In a medium saucepan, bring the cup of water to a boil, Once boiling, add the broccoli and pepper. Cook 8-10 minutes.
3. While the vegetables are cooking, put the margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat. When it is melted, add the onion and cook until tender.
4. Stir in cornstarch. Add the mustard and orange juice. Stir constantly until the mixture is thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 more minutes.
5. When the vegetables are done, drain and return to saucepan.
6. Spoon the sauce over the broccoli and peppers and serve.
