Orange Sauce With Grand Marnier |

this sauce is good on gingerbread, fruit or even ice cream Ingredients:
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
salt |
1 cup fresh orange juice |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 -3 tablespoons grand marnier |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, mix the sugar, cornstarch and the salt. 2. Gradually whisk in the orange juice and cook over medium heat until the sauce has thickened and is transparent, about 3 minutes. 3. Remove from the heat and add the butter and Grand Marnier. 4. Serve warm or cold. |
