When you spoon out a serving, you can add protein powder if you like. This came from Thinner Times. I have not tried this, just posting for easy finding. Ingredients:
24 ounces low fat cottage cheese |
11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained |
8 ounces pineapple tidbits in juice, drained |
3 ounces sugar-free orange jello (1 small box) |
4 ounces cool whip free (1/2 small bowl) |
3 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute (or more) |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 2. Enjoy! |
