1 teaspoon grated orange zest |
1 1/2 cups orange juice |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 1/2 cups instant rice |
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the orange zest, orange juice, and butter. Bring to a boil, and stir in rice. Cover, and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Mix in mandarin orange segments, and serve immediately. |
