This is another tasty smoothie treat of mine. Has to be sweetened though, otherwise it's too bitter, at least to me. Ingredients:
1 orange |
1/4 cup raspberries |
1/3 cup cottage cheese |
1 cup skim milk |
splenda sugar substitute, to taste |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender. 2. Drink! |
