Orange Raisin Loaf

I am crazy about this healthy, moist loaf. The pureed orange, raisins and banana make this so delicious.
Ingredients:
1 cup raisins
1 large banana
1 orange, chopped with rind on
1 cup sugar (or sugar substitute also works)
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
2 egg whites (can also just use two eggs)
1/2 cup buttermilk (or regular milk with 1/2 tbsp lemon juice)
1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Put banana, orange and raisins in blender or food processor and puree.
2. Beat together the oil, eggs and sugar. Stir in buttermilk. Stir in fruit puree.
3. Combine dry ingredients and add to wet. Stir until combined.
4. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
