Yummo with a capital Y. This is so good with fish, poultry or beef. I can eat it by itself but prefer it over grilled chicken. Ingredients:
3 large oranges peeled and finely chopped |
1/3 cup chopped green onion |
3/4 cup diced radish |
3 teaspoons finely chopped green chili peppers |
3 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 small garlic clove finely chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. |
