ORANGE RADISH SALAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Baxter Estate in Euless, Texas in 1989. Ingredients:
2 cups seedless orange sections |
1 cup grated radishes |
1 tablespoon cilantro chopped |
1/4 cup fresh orange juice |
1 tablespoon powdered sugar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir. 2. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving. |
