Orange-Pink Grapefruit Smoothie

My favourite smoothie, sweet and sour, makes a great snack or breakfast.
Ingredients:
2 oranges
1 pink grapefruit
8 ice cubes
honey
Directions:
1. Cut the fruits to pieces removing all of the white stuff and the seeds.
2. Chill the fruits in the freezer for a while for smoother consistency.
3. Stick the fruits in the blender with the ice and as much honey as you like.
4. Enjoy.
