My favourite smoothie, sweet and sour, makes a great snack or breakfast. Ingredients:
2 oranges |
1 pink grapefruit |
8 ice cubes |
honey |
Directions:
1. Cut the fruits to pieces removing all of the white stuff and the seeds. 2. Chill the fruits in the freezer for a while for smoother consistency. 3. Stick the fruits in the blender with the ice and as much honey as you like. 4. Enjoy. |
