Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) grated orange rind |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1/4 cup(s) orange juice (fresh is best) |
4 cup(s) pecan halves |
Directions:
1. Combine grated orange rind,orange juice & sugar in heavy sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Stir in pecans; continue to cook; stirring until pecans are coated and all syrup is absorbed. Remove from heat; stir just until pecans are separated. Spread onto wax paper to cool. Yield: 5 1/2 cups 2. Store in container at room temp. Keeps for several weeks. |
