Orange Pecan Pie

One of my favorite recipes.
Ingredients:
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups pecans
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl slightly beat eggs with a fork. Add sugar, corn syrup, butter, orange extract and vanilla; stir until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour in pie crust.
3. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
