Ingredients:
1 cup light corn syrup |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 tablespoon orange juice |
1 tablespoon grated orange rind |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
3 eggs, beaten |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 9 unbaked pie shell |
Directions:
1. Combine all filling ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well. 2. Pour into pie shell. 3. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 45 minutes. |
