The pecans really give these a great flavor! Adjust the hot sauce to suit your tastes. Good as an appetizer or a main meal over rice.

1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons water
1 cup flour
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
