Orange Pecan Chicken Wings

Great for a party, can be paired with any other appetizer, everyone who has tried this recipe raves about them.
Ingredients:
3 lbs. chicken wings
1 6oz. can frozen orange juice
3 eggs
2 tbsp. water
1 cup flour
1/2 to 1 cup finely chopped pecans
2 cups ketchup
1 cup brown sugar packed firmly
2 to 3 tbsp tobbasco sauce
1 stick butter, melted
Directions:
1. To prepare wings: cut off wing tips, discard. Cut the rest in half forming little drummies. Wash well and pat dry.
2. Mix together frozen orange juice, the eggs and the water. Whisk until frothy.
3. In bowl or zip lock bag combine flour and pecans.
4. Dip each wing piece into egg mixture and then dredge in flour mixture.
5. Place on buttered jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes. Turn once during baking.
6. After 25 to 30 minutes baking remove from oven. Spoon sauce mixture over each wing piece. Turn the wings over and spoon remaining sauce over each wing piece.
7. Bake for another 25 to 30 minutes, or until when wing is pierced with a fork the juice runs clear. Serve warm.
