Another Jamba Juice copycat recipe. I love smoothies! For a breakfast meal, omit the sherbet and add milk or soymilk. For a slushier version, use frozen strawberries and peaches. Ingredients:
1 cup fresh orange juice |
1 cup cranberry juice |
1 cup peach |
1 cup strawberry |
1 cup orange sherbet |
1 cup ice, crushed |
1 dash cinnamon or 1 dash nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Blend ingredients well in electric blender and serve immediately. 2. (Can add dash of holiday spice such as cinnamon, nutmeg, etc. and/or 1 tablespoon soy protein powder if desired.). |
