A delicious breakfast or snack bread. Can use coconut instead of walnuts if desired.
Ingredients:
3 c flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 c chopped walnuts
2 eggs,lightly beaten
2 tb cooking oil
1/4 c honey
3/4 c orange marmelade
1/4 c whole milk
Directions:
1. Sift together flour,baking powder and salt. Combine nuts (or coconut),honey,eggs,oil,marmelade and milk. Mix only to moisten(do not beat) .
2. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350' for 65 mins.
