A delicious breakfast or snack bread. Can use coconut instead of walnuts if desired. Ingredients:
3 c flour |
4 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 c chopped walnuts |
2 eggs,lightly beaten |
2 tb cooking oil |
1/4 c honey |
3/4 c orange marmelade |
1/4 c whole milk |
Directions:
1. Sift together flour,baking powder and salt. Combine nuts (or coconut),honey,eggs,oil,marmelade and milk. Mix only to moisten(do not beat) . 2. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350' for 65 mins. |
