Orange-Marmalade Rye Bread |

From Sourdough Baking by Susan Draudt This is great toasted in the morning. Ingredients:
1/2 cup sourdough starter (proofed) |
1 tablespoon butter |
2 tablespoons water |
1 1/4 cups bread flour |
1 cup rye flour |
1/2 cup orange marmalade |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon yeast |
Directions:
1. Put ingredients into bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. 2. Use the light setting if baking in the BM. 3. If baking in the oven. 4. Remove after dough cycle. 5. Place into greased loaf pan and let rise. 6. Bake 350 deg. for 30-40 minute. 7. Great toasted with butter. |
