From 365 Great Barbeque & Grilling Recipes. I would use this on salmon or ham. Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Simmer, stirring until well blended, about 5 minutes. 2. Brush glaze on pork or poultry during last 5-10 minutes of grilling. 3. Leftover glaze can be stored in the refrigerator. |
