Orange-Kissed Brussels Sprouts |

When you grate the orange rind, avoid the bitter-tasting white layer, or pith, just beneath the surface. Ingredients:
1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved |
1 teaspoon grated orange rind |
1/3 cup fresh orange juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Steam the Brussels sprouts, covered, 15 minutes or until tender. Drain Brussels sprouts, and return to pan. Add orange rind, orange juice, salt, and pepper; cook over medium heat 1 minute, stirring constantly. |
