I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (2 scoops) |
8 ounces nonfat plain yogurt |
6 ounces orange juice concentrate |
2 1/2 cups skim milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. put ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. 2. Enjoy. |
