I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help.
Ingredients:
2 -4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (2 scoops)
6 ounces water
1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1/4 cup real orange juice
1 teaspoon good vanilla flavoring
3 -4 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients except ice cubes. Cold water will cause pudding mix to thicken.
2. Add ice cubes and blend till ice slivers.
