I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. Ingredients:
2 -4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (2 scoops) |
6 ounces water |
1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix |
1/4 cup real orange juice |
1 teaspoon good vanilla flavoring |
3 -4 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients except ice cubes. Cold water will cause pudding mix to thicken. 2. Add ice cubes and blend till ice slivers. |
