With egg substitute, you don't need to worry about raw egg. I've found that crushing the ice before blending gives it a smoother texture (either that, or I just need a stronger blender) - I use a Hawaiian ice shaver on the ice. Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice |
1 cup water |
1 cup crushed ice |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup egg substitute |
3/4 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
