Quick little breakfast muffin for kids and adults alike! Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick |
4 tablespoons sugar |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon orange zest |
1/2 cup orange juice (not concentrate) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners. 3. Combine all ingredients and mix well. 4. Fill each muffin cup approximately 2/3 full. 5. Bake for 15 minutes or until done. |
