Wonderful jelly to make when the fruit season is over and you want something different. Ingredients:
2 ( 6oz) cans frozen orange juice |
2 1/2 cups water |
4 1/2 cups sugar |
1 package powdered pectin |
Directions:
1. mix orange juice concentrate with water and pectin in large sauce pan. 2. Cook, stirring constantly, over high heat until bubbles form around edges. 3. Add sugar and stir well. 4. Bring to full, rolling boil. 5. Cook for 1 minute stirring constantly. 6. Remove from heat. 7. Skim foam and discard. 8. Pour jelly into sterile jars to within 1/2 inch of top of jar 9. Process or seal with parafin. |
