2 cups orange juice |
3 medium jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
3 tablespoons grated orange rind |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
3 tablespoons maple syrup |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium, and cook, stirring often, 15 minutes or until reduced by half. |
