A sweet icing with a hint of citrus notes. Goes well with Gluten-Free Carrot Cookies. Ingredients:
2 cups icing sugar |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
2 -3 tablespoons orange juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest or 1 1/2 teaspoons orange extract |
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients together, adding more or less juice to make icing proper consistency. 2. Ice or dip cookies into icing. 3. Enjoy! |
