Nice color, refreshing taste. No sesame tahini in this recipe, add if you wish
Ingredients:
1 15 oz can chick peas (garbanzos) drained
1/4 cup orange juice
1 clove garlic (optional )
1 tsp shredded orange rind
1 tbs olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
cumin to taste (optional )
Directions:
1. Process all in food processor until smooth.
2. Season to taste.
3. Yield : 1 small bowl for 4 to 6 people as an appetizer
