I whipped this up to make a high calorie smoothie. Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream |
1/4 cup ricotta cheese |
2 tablespoons wheat germ |
2 teaspoons honey |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high. 2. Serve. |
