4 cups of old fashion oat |
1/2 cup of sliced almonds |
1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds |
1/2 cup of pecans |
1/2 cup of wiled dried blueberries |
1/2 cup of sesame |
2 tbsp. of vegetables oil |
3 tbsp. of honey |
zest from one orange, average size |
juice from one orange, average size |
