4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets (1 inch thick) |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
cooking spray |
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce |
3 tablespoons orange juice |
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over high heat until hot. Add fish, and cook, uncovered, 3 minutes on each side. Cover and cook 3 additional minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from skillet; set aside, and keep warm. 2. Add soy sauce and orange juice to skillet; cook over high heat 1 minute, stirring to deglaze skillet. Add oil, and stir well. Pour sauce over fish, and serve immediately. |
