Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) cajun seasoning |
1 teaspoon(s) brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
4 salmon filets |
2 tablespoon(s) oil |
1/4 orange marmalade |
1 tablespoon(s) lime juice |
Directions:
1. Combine cajun seasoning, sugar, and salt. Rub over all surfaces of salmon 2. Sauté filets in oil in a large skillet over med-high heat for 3-4 minutes. Turn and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 3. Blend marmalade and lime juice, until melted. Glaze with salmon. |
