                                                1/4 orange marmalade  |

                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Combine cajun seasoning, sugar, and salt. Rub over all surfaces of salmon 2. Sauté filets in oil in a large skillet over med-high heat for 3-4 minutes.
