1/2- to 3/4-inch thick pork chops, orange juice brown sugar orange marmalade vinegar cvt Ingredients:
4 pork chops (10041), 1/2- to 3/4-inch thick |
1/2 cup orange juice |
2 tbsp brown sugar |
2 tbsp orange marmalade |
1 tbsp vinegar |
Directions:
1. In skillet brown chops on both sides in a small amount of oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain off fat. 2. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. 3. Simmer for 45-50 minutes or until chops are done. 4. Serve sauce over chops. |
