Orange Glazed Chicken Wings |

You'll need more than one batch of these scrumptious little buggers if you are having a party or feeding the football crowd. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
18 chicken wings, tip removed and cut into 2 pieces (or 36 drumettes) |
1/2 cup sugar-free orange marmalade |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. 2. Add wing pieces and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 6 to 10 minutes. 3. Drain excess liquid before adding sauce ingredients. 4. Mix remaining ingredients and add to skillet, stirring to coat chicken well. 5. Cook on medium heat until chicken is well coated and sauce thickens, about 8 to 10 minutes. 6. You can also cook them in a crock pot, on low setting. 7. The meat just falls off the bone. |
