Orange Glazed Carrots With Cranberrys |

Just good.. and I have to dress my carrots to eat them unless raw... Ingredients:
1 lb. baby carrots |
1/4 cup orange juice |
3 tbsp. brown sugar |
2 tbsp. butter |
1 pinch salt |
1/4-1/2 cup dried cranberries |
Directions:
1. Place carrots in a shallow saucepan, and cover with water. 2. Boil until tender. 3. Drain, and return carrots to pan. 4. Pour orange juice over carrots, and mix well. 5. Add the cranberries. 6. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes. 7. Stir in brown sugar, butter, and salt. 8. Heat until butter and sugar melt. 9. Even kids like them... |
