Orange Ginger Biscuits

I love these biscuits. Something different.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups baking mix
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2/3 cup orange flavored yogurt
1 egg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cut butter into baking mix, sugar and ginger. Stir in yogurt and egg until dough forms. Turn onto surgace dusted with baking mix, roll in baking mix to coat. Shape into ball, knead 10 times.
3. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with a 2 inch cutter dipped in baking mix, place on ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.
