Orange, Ginger & Almond Chocolates |

A Scrumtious little Chocolate with pieces of glace ginger ,Almond pieces and candied orange peel inside white chocolate and then dipped in dark chocolate, I think these flavours go really well together. They make a nice little after dinner treat with coffee or done up in little bundles for gifts with a ribbon look nice too! I hope you like these little treats. Ingredients:
50 g chopped almonds |
30 g candied orange peel |
50 g glace ginger |
200 g white chocolate |
100 g dark chocolate |
Directions:
1. Chop Almonds, Orange peel and Ginger into small pieces. 2. Melt White Chocolate. 3. Add Almonds, Orange and Ginger to melted chocolate and drop small piles onto foiled tray, refrigerate till set. 4. Melt dark chocolate and dip the chocolate drops into dark chocolate using dipping utensil or 2 forks and allow excess to drain off. 5. Place chocolate in fridge to set. 6. Enjoy! |
