Orange zest adds a nice flavor to this easy to make dish. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined (16-20 per pound) |
6 large garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced |
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon grated orange zest |
sea salt (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in heavy skillet over medium high heat. 2. Saute shrimp for 2 minutes or just until opaque. 3. Reduce heat and add garlic and salt. 4. Saute for 1 minute until garlic is soft. 5. Remove from heat and toss with orange zest. 6. Serve with crusty bread. |
