1/4 cup olive oil or 1/4 cup salad oil |
1 teaspoon finely shredded orange rind |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a screw-top jar combine olive or salad oil, orange peel, orange juice, mustard, and pepper. 2. Cover and shake well to mix. 3. Serve with fruit, vegetable, or seafood salads. |
